Shipping Policy

Your address must be complete (including the apartment, unit, suite number, etc.) in order to be processed and delivered. Please double check your address before placing your order.   
 

Order processing entails packing and shipping out. Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 3-5 business days. PRE-ORDERS placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 10-15 business days. All orders placed after 5 p.m. EST on Fridays, over the weekend, or during holidays will begin processing the following Monday or business day. Once processed, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that the order was placed under. Order processing during sale, promotion, holiday, restock, or new release periods may take longer due to high volume.
 
DOMESTIC orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes about 5-10 days. INTERNATIONAL delivery is not currently available.

 

Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final sale. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Order Adjustment Policy

Email info@romance-luxe.com ASAP for any changes regarding size, color, or shipping address. All changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing order. Items cannot be added to an order after it’s already been placed.
